As part of the IBM event “Business Connect”, Chefsache representatives of IBM and the Federal Armed Forces exchanged their views on diversity in teams with participants from German Post/DHL and Vodafone. What is needed in order for society to change? What initiatives in the different organizations have shown first successes and why? Are there concrete concepts that could serve others as models?
